The heating clamp is a simple and effective way of preventing the roof drains, through wall parapet roof drains, and downpipes of all types from freezing. It can be used in both newly constructed and already existing draining elements with diameter between 50 and 150 mm.
The basic element of the heating clamp is the 33 W/mb self-regulating heating circuit.
The clamp can be used in newly constructed and already existing elements draining water.
The clamp is powered with a 230V alternating current and does not require the use of a transformer. The clamp possesses a self-regulating temperature system.
The used heating circuit is connected with the powering cable with length of 500 mm. The whole is tightly attached to the mounting tape with the use of a flexible heat-shrink tubing. This protects the heating circuit against damage and moisture, as well as against an electric shock.
Power supply: Alternating current 220-230 V 50 Hz (does not require a transformer)
Power: 7.59 W
Connection: the heating clamp is equipped with a 3 x 0.75 powering cable (wire green-yellow-earthing)
The clamp is made from a material resistant to frost, acid, and water.
Tested acc. to EN 60335-1 (with the exception of paragraph 30).
Dimensions: the length of the heating element - 230 mm, width - 14 mm.
