Made of special material that binds well with PVC membranes, they are characterised by high resistance to UV radiation, ozone, and other atmospheric and chemical agents.
Due to refining additives, the drains maintain their flexibility and dimensional stability in a wide temperature range.
Can be used in horizontal drainage systems (directly outside of the building) as well as in vertical systems with a standard external downpipe using an elbow connector or a conical rainhead.
When installed horizontally, make sure the drain is pitched at a 3 - 5 degree angle.
Can be installed vertically at an attic.
The mounting temperature of the socket to the PVC foil is 450 – 520 ˚C.
The use of a higher temperature may cause a damage to the layer protecting against UV, which in turn may lead to the degradation of the socket and unsealing of the roof covering.
