Observation terrace with technical pavement on the roof of the building.
Thanks to the raised floor system it was possible to hide drainage system and the lightning protection system under the slabs. Non-invasive assembly (without the need for fixing to the ground) of the pavement allows easy access at any time for inspection, maintenance and repair. Additional advantages of such a surface are the lightness of the construction and extremely fast and clean assembly.
