Sure-Fix roof drains provide one of the best ways to connect the roof slope with the drainage system. Recommended in particular for flat roofs in both housing and industrial construction.
Sure-Fix is fastened and sealed mechanically, therefore it can be used with all kinds of thermoplastic bitumen membranes, film, EPDM membranes, and all other kinds of membranes.
As a meticulously refined product, it is superior to any roof drains available on the market.
Consists of a flexible shell with six stainless steel pins. A cylindrical hopper (height: 30 mm, diameter: 170 mm) provides a high rate of draining even during very intensive rainfall.
The set includes an aluminium ring (thickness: 3.5 mm) with three fastenings for a guard (item i24) and six holes for pins.
The aluminium part is resistant to corrosion. Stainless steel wing nuts and pins provide perfect tightness and do not require using additional gaskets.
Sure-Fix is made from special material characterised by high resistance to UV radiation, ozone, and other atmospheric and chemical agents Due to refining additives, the roof drains maintain their flexibility and dimensional stability in a wide temperature range
The roof drain can be dismounted and installed again.
