Characterised by high mechanical strength (temperature stresses) and high resistance to UV radiation, ozone, and other atmospheric and chemical agents.
Due to refining additives, ELASTIC tape maintains its flexibility and dimensional stability in a wide temperature range and provides short-time resistance to welding, enabling you to weld it directly to bitumen membrane.
A closed-pore polyurethane foam roll (25 mm diameter) can be used as a tape fold insert.
The mounting temperature of the tape to the PVC foil is 450 – 520 ˚C.
The use of a higher temperature may cause a damage to the layer protecting against UV, which in turn may lead to the degradation and unsealing of the surface of the tape.
