Intended for two-component concrete insulation and all types of cold-applied liquid insulation. A perfect solution for connecting hydro-insulation to a downpipe. The whole surface of the sealing flange is perforated, providing a tight roof drainage system when joined with downpipes.
Made of special material characterised by high resistance to UV radiation, ozone, and other atmospheric and chemical agents, adapted to liquid insulation and concretes. Due to refining additives, the roof drains maintain their flexibility and dimensional stability in a wide temperature range.
Installed with a connector (item i146) that enables you to adjust the height according to the thickness of the actual surface (concrete, slabs, paving stone, etc.). The connector is equipped with a PP grate (item i143) or a stainless steel grate (item i149). Horizontal roof drains with a trap are equipped with a plug that facilitates cleaning. Can be connected to standard sewage pipes and downpipes.
Intended for application on roofs, terraces, in garages, bathrooms, etc. Drains with a trap should not be installed if there is a possibility of water freezing unless a self-regulating heating clamp is used (item im119).
A) Remove the film and protective cover.
B) Position the roof drain correctly and attach it to the downpipe.
C) Adjust angles appropriately.
D) Distribute the first layer or hydro-insulation, also under the flange. Install the fibreglass reinforcement mesh (5 mm x 5 mm mesh) right up to the edge of the flange.
E) Distribute successive layers of hydro-insulation.
F) Place the guard mount in the hydro-insulation, over the drain opening.
G) Attach the guard to the mount.
